Hot dang this place is amazing food is perfect service is great. Can’t recommend dinner enough. Burger is a 10/10 (if you like pickles ask for them, I took some from my moms chicken plate, also get the bacon) Chicken is Smokey and delicious Drinks are great, fries are perfect Server was very considerate of dietary restrictions, very nice

Great food and experience. Attached to the restaurant is their store which has a wonderful selection of meats, ranging from cured meats and dry aged ribeyes to hangar steaks. Knowledgeable folks there that know what they’re doing for sure! Meat quality is great, and looking forward to frequenting them more often!

If you live in the Louisville Ky area, this is a must try restaurant/butcher shop. I’ve eaten here several times for lunch and finally dinner while visiting family. The service, atmosphere (open kitchen) and cuisine is absolutely fantastic. The person that designs the menu has a creative pallet. It’s amazing. I must say the bar drinks are great as well. We often purchase beef fillets wrapped in bacon from the butcher side and a family favorite to grill at home. Additional shout out to their pickles. Love this place. I love this place! The food/cocktails are delicious and the staff is great. (Thanks, Emma and Alicia!) They have a fabulous patio, including fans and heat lamps, depending on weather. I’ve been twice now and am already planning my next trip to taste more. (Red Hog is related to Blue Dog Bakery, which I also love. It took me a while to put that together.)

Great food, unique experience. I'll come here again. Love the atmosphere, and the gift shop section allows you to purchase something to cook/eat at home. Your paying for quality, so don't expect fast food prices or fast food quality. The rosemary lemonade was real refreshing and not something I've had the pleasure to see anywhere else, if you like rosemary you'll like this lemonade!
