Had Lenny's for the first time and found the flavors and freshness are much better than Subway at nearly the same price. In particular, I recommend checking out any specials--we were able to get a 5" sub combo for a little over five bucks... In the fast food world, the five-dollar benchmark is almost never achieved with a hot sub sandwich combo, so I consider that a great value.
I wouldn't say that Lenny's is my favorite sub, but I would rate it between Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's... Saying a lot considering the price difference!

Food was hot, fresh, and amazingly delicious. Staff was incredibly kind and patient with us as we had never been there before and took the time to explain things to us when we had questions. Staff really went above and beyond to serve us and it was very touching.

If you're tired of Subway and Jimmy John's give Lenny's a try. First time in Memphis and I'm hooked. I had their Philly Cheese steak and it was an absolute treat. I like it so much I wish we had one back in Chicago. Do yourself a favor visit one if you're ever in the area, you won't be disappointed.

I was looking for something different...not fast food and came across Lenny's. Their sandwiches are really good! Try a cold one the "Lenny's way". Yum. Good food at a good value if you're looking for sonething outside the normal burger and fries joint. They have hot and cold subs. Friendly service. Would definitely go back!

Great food made to order and fresh. The time you wait for the food is worth it! I had the Philly cheese steak hoagie style with the hot pepper relish, which was a bit overpowering for me, but that's just my taste. If you're into hot stuff, you won't be disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Took longer than I would expect to prepare 2 adult subs and 2 childrens subs. Kind of pricey- won't be somewhere I go regularly because it's too costly and takes too long.

I love the Philly sub and to me the price was good. Service has always been great with great smiles.. Will eat there maybe 2 times a week

Haven't been for a few years. Servers and management appeared to be in a good mood and were engaging and friendly. The philly cheesesteak I ordered was made how I like it. Will return.

This place was a little under whelming. The sandwiches were slightly better than Subway and the prices weren't too bad, we got three 5" subs for around $15. Just don't know that I would go out of my way to eat here. Maybe if they baked their own bread or did something unique.

I had the 7 1/2" Philly Cheesesteak and it was good. I had it with just the steak, onions, and white American cheese, but they allow you to add other garnishes. The white bread it came on was very good. I think it could have been better with some roasted bell peppers, but I still enjoyed it. There was a good amount of steak. $6.99.
