Hadn’t been to Zaxby’s in years, however my salad was not the best but the service was outstanding!

Ordered delivery online and it was absolutely delicious. I got a 6 piece when I ordered a 4 and was so happy because it was awesome. The fries are seasoned well, the chicken tenders are the perfect size not too thick or thin, and not dry at all.

What I am about to share happens at a lot of fast/casual food places.
Our order is a crispy chicken sandwich only,with extra mayo and a chicken Philly meal. I asked if they could "crisp up" the fries. ("Of course, no problem")
What we got. Chicken sandwich, no mayo. Reason? They don't have mayo in the kitchen. They are supposed to give you the little condiment packs. And they rang it up as a meal.
Crispy fries? How about limp fries instead.
particularly bad about Zaxby's. They either don't listen, do not convey the order correctly or clearly to the kitchen and don't check the order. Or they just don't care.
As I said, it happens a lot everywhere.
That being said, sandwiches were good.

Though I used the drive thru, the female charging me and handing off the food items ordered never smiled, did not greet me nor thank me. It's ok to reserve the interactive tasks to your friendliest staff....don't think the owner would have approved

A freebie of 5 chicken fingerz was given after downloading their app. I needed to have an order of $5 .

I got the house salad with grilled chicken. The portion didn't quite fill up the bowl, but it was fresh, and all of the vegetables were crisp. The Texas toast was nothing more than toasted bread, not the thick slice of bread I have had there before. The tea was fresh and good as well. Parking is plentiful. Give them a try!

My company used this location to cater a Nurses' Week Event. The staff we interacted with were professional, the setup was fantastic, and the food was excellent. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you to their whole team!
