Taco Bell

We came out of Bourbon and Beyond on Saturday night starving after spending 6 hours in one place to see Pearl Jam. (The lines at the festival were completely insane so we didn't get to eat much there). To our surprise the TB was open and we could walk in! So grateful to have the opportunity to get food at that point in the night. LOL. Everyone ordered from the kiosk and waited. They kicked that food out as fast you could've hoped for that late in the night with that many people showing up all at once. I thought they did a great job, they were nice and helpful. So happy they were open, didn't need to "drive through", and were fast.

First off I got to pull immediately to the speaker. Ordered my food, didnt tell me too wait, AND they got it correct! Pulled directly to the window and received my food as soon as I was done paying. AND most the time when you order food with no lettuce that means you end up with empty food. Nope not this time. As you can see from the picture its full to the top! And everyone was nice and pleasant! A rare thing for alot of these things mentioned now a days!

The cashier was very friendly and was very helpful in explaining to me about the new products. The loby was clean. When we retired to the counter for a go order and to request a bag for items we had left over I refilled my drink. When we returned to our table our tray with remaining items on it was gone. The group of people who were ahead of us when placing OUR go order had taken it. The manager gladly replaced what had been taken and the group said they thought someone had just left it there.

Best Taco Bell in the city! Every time I go, the food is always so fresh and hot and the service is always so fresh! Last night I waited in like only a couple minutes longer than usual, and they even offered me a free drink. The other taco bells have you wait in line for 10 minutes and you don't even get an apology for the wait. Love this Taco Bell, keep it up!
