Service is so much faster than what it used to be. Used to have to wait 30-45 mins before driving away because no one would help you. Food and service was great!

When they are fully staffed they have the oils changed out. They have the great food and good quality atmosphere. They really work hard and deal with a lot. And I appreciate them for doing there job.

Food is really good and usually fresh. However, the drive-thru line takes forever. Already been setting in line for 20 min to get online order and still have 6 cars in front of me. I can't leave, it's already paid for.

The food was the best I had in a long time from this company and the customer service was amazing! We got our food fast ! This one I would recommend.

The food here is the same quality as any other White Castle. I am personally a big fan. This location tends to have long waits for their drive thru even when they aren't busy. The lobby/eating area is also still closed at this location.

White Castle’s no longer prepare the food ahead of time so it does take a while in the drive-through. Most other White Castle’s tend to be a hair faster. However, for the past four years the people are SO DANG NICE, I don’t care. Always banter and a smile. A little slow but great food and people!!

Haven't had White Castle in 6 years and was so excited. Food was great but I had to keep going back because items in my order was messed up.

Drive thru was a bit slow, but the food was hot and delicious, and the staff was very courteous.

The only thing I will say is that I've never found a set of Chick-fil-A before but they were playing a lot the other day outside and they didn't tell us what cars to go behind and this car tried to yell at me when I was going in the right direction. Other than that the staff is nothing but sweets very polite but they're also kids so they have to learn sometime so they're doing amazing for the ages
