One of the employees was having a bad day and taking it out on the food. Slamming stuff cursing. All I could do is pray for the fella. The vibe in there was not comforting. If you hate your job then quit. There are other jobs. Negativity just like positivity goes a long way.

Sandwiches were good, but sloppily made. Lemonade had no lemon flavor.

This was my first time at this location. I was starving and out shopping. They were great! I ordered from the app, used the very clean restroom while they made my order.
Excellent customer service. I was greeted upon arrival and as I walked out, the cashier used my name when she said goodbye. The sandwich makers were all busy, but having a good time and spoke to me as well. I will definitely be back to this location!

I placed a pickup order with a few drinks. I had our baby with us and realized it was going to be difficult to carry everything. A couple of young employees offered to help carry the stuff out to my car. That level of service is hard to find in today's world. Much appreciated.

I love Jimmy John's! The bread is always fresh and perfectly crusty soft and chewy. Their meat is also top grade, as are the toppings. By far my favorite sandwich place!
