Came in in the last 15 minutes of open. Staff were stoked and genuine real people. They made sure we got the fresh next day bread instead of the bread out all night and genuinely were awesome.

Good sub sandwich. The two young ladies that took my order and fixed my sub were outstanding!
They were nice and friendly, fast and fixed my sub perfectly.
4 stars on the food because Jimmy John's isn't my first pick for sub sandwiches, but they are good.

Stopped by today for a sandwich and chips to go. Got back to work to eat and had slightly different sandwich than what I ordered, not a big deal. I was hungry and didn’t want to fight traffic to go back. 5 minutes later the Jimmy John’s guy walks into my work with the right sandwich. He had taken notice to my work shirt and knew were to go. That right there is awesome customer service! Kudos to this Jimmy John’s location!

Went for a quick lunch. Everything was great. Took about 2 minutes tops to receive my food after ordering it. Their jalapeño chips are amazing. I got the billy club, added hot peppers. This is my go-to sandwich and I’ve never been disappointed with it. One of my top places in Middletown for a quick lunch when you’re busy and have to eat fast.

I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s 4times in the last month 3 of those time were awesome. This time not so much the crew you had there tonight was high as can be. Now I get it, getting stoned at work st a kind of fast food job. But dude, you are at work cut the crap when the customer walks in. Get them in and out and keep them happy. If had you employee stand in a line up I could tell you who needs work and who is great. If you want more info about this experience email me.

Every Jimmy johns I have been too has been the same great experience. Always fast, always has a good amount of everything that comes on the sandwich. And that is a big thing for me. Unlike subway they don't get stingy and make you have to order extra and pay extra just to get a decent sandwich. Plus their food is way better than subway anyways.

Taylor was engaging and friendly. Service was fast and prompt. Store was clean and well stocked in displays. First time we ever visited a Jimmy John's...food prices were comparable to other sub/sandwich shops. The wraps and pickles we got were totally worth it! Would HIGHLY recommend!!
