Just wanna say that this place seems to have turned things around. The team they have working now are polite and seem to be really on point, despite delivery times still not being freaky fast, but I guess with all the new menu items, things may not ever be as fast as they used to. I still appreciate order accuracy and the fact that the staff seem to go the extra mile to these days to get it right and to be welcoming and kind. Thanks, y'all! I appreciate you.

Christian was AMAZING! I came in right before closing as he was cleaning up shop, and he was extremely polite about it! He did not make it feel like a burden at all, and we even had great conversation! He made everything neatly, and he even threw in a good suggestion for my sandwich. He made the experience there great and the sandwich was great.

Sure, I can relate to a few of these reviews as a local that orders from here more often than I care to admit 🙃. But let me tell you, today I went in to pick up an order with two of my kids, and my 4-year-old son, whom we suspect has some potentially severe sensory complications, had a complete meltdown in the middle of the store that resulted in a really bloody nosebleed (something that happens when he gets really upset). I was so stressed, and the staff could not have been more loving, supportive, helpful and compassionate. I will absolutely continue to support this JJs. I hope they read this and know how grateful I am!!

Absolutely fantastic. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the most beautiful and friendly people. Ordered a #4. Wow! They used the mayo scoop, three tomatoes with less than a quarter inch between them and just the right amount of lettuce. If I had any criticism, it would be on how long it took them to get me my sandwhich. (Under 30 seconds 👎) I wish there was a sandwhich place that had the sandwhich pre-made whenever you walk in. A Ready Ron's would make this place so much better.

I haven't been to Jimmy John's in awhile, aside from Oct. 24, 2020. I arrived about 40min. before the store closed & one employee had already started packing up the day's leftovers. If not obvious, my order was take-out as has been my habit at this location. Inside seating is sparse, small tables set down a narrow galley. Anyway, the person who took my order, as well as the employee packing up, were very friendly and helpful in completing my sandwich. Even though it was close to closing, the night shift fellows' deserve much praise for their positive attitudes & not acting like I was a problem delaying their closing procedures. They even made me laugh a few times. This Jimmy John's is across from a busy bus line which sees many individuals, some homeless, coming in for food, bus money, & in the age of COVID-19, masks. This could grow to annoyance and frustration by staff; yet I've never seen this & hope I never do. Jimmy John's motto of the freshest ingredients is misleading, as the nights leftovers are stored & used the next day (the words of an JJ employee). Wouldn't it be a good idea to donate the food to a local food pantry for those who are food insecure? Or some similar act of community support? Access to fresh food should not be a luxury, nor politicized by arbitrary defining the 'worthy'. Just sayin'

This Jimmy Johns on Baxter is beyond awesome.. we needed a very large order last minute for the teachers and staff at a nearby school and they went above and beyond to open the store before the scheduled time and push out tons of sandwiches in a very short time! We are so very thankful- and you guys rock!!
