Chicken Teriyaki was delicious. Restaurant was clean. Went after the lunch rush. So, wasn't very busy. Service was super fast. Went with my daughter. She paid for us both. So, I'm guessing at the price for us both to eat.

I went in right when the lunch rush started on 6/23/23. Several people in front of me, several people behind me. There were only two people working in the entire place. Both employees were very professional and very polite. Both were working their butts off and did an excellent job.

The cost is a bit high. I have added it to my list of 'every once in a while' places due to cost. Good subs though.

The employees were really friendly at this location. The food was hot, ingredients were fresh, and everything was delicious. The fries were perfect! The tables were clean, so no problem finding a table. I didn't have one complaint. I'd recommend!

it to make sure you are getting what you want.
The order time to receiving time was adequate, I 'd say great time in making 3
sandwiches in 5 min.
The taste of my Philly cheese steak reminds me of being at a fair.

I came in right before closing and Calvin was super nice and polite. The sandwich was awesome and so was his customer service. It’s nice to see friendly people still working in the restaurant/customer service field. Will be back!

The staff did an outstanding job with an irate customer who was completely out of control. He was custom and throwing a fit over ice. I give them props for still continuing to serve the rest of the individuals there at the restaurant. They stayed calm in a situation where I would not have and also the sandwich and fries were good

Penn Station has gone from ordering in inches to sizes: small,.medium or large. I ordered small and received a 4" sandwich as shown in picture (with ketchup container for comparison.) While not thrilled with the smaller sizing for the price, quality remains.
Example, monthly special used to be 6". I ordered small monthly special, same price but it's 4".
This location appeared to be doing a deep cleaning when I arrived. Good to know I'm dining in a clean restaurant.
