Fries were definitely not filled (picture below). Got the wrong sandhich, nuggets were cold, fries were luke warm.... And from being about 6th car from speaker, up until I left the drive thru was about a 45 minute wait. I've worked for Wendy's as a GM and I know what to expect. But this was a bit much that went awry. Tried calling the restaurant, but no answer. I've been there multiple times in the past few months and it doesn't really seem to get better unless it's breakfast time. I'll wait a few more months to see what happens.

Was getting so frustrated with the Wendy's app not letting me order at ANY location but they worked it all out for me. They we're very polite and professional. Wendy's should do alot more for it workers, especially the ones at this location. They were getting rushed with orders and I still left very satisfied! Food was A+

I love a hot and Juicy Dave's single. But when you stop in at the one in Hillview(Mud Lb @ Preston Hwy) make sure you have plenty of time. The staff at this location started slowing down at the beginning of the pandemic and just can't seem to catch up. Other than that the staff here is very friendly.

Drive thru was extremely packed when I got here. I had ordered via a mobile order. Sucks I had to wait in line behind everyone just ordering their food, you should be allowed to go inside to pick up mobile orders. Food should have been fresh because of the long wait but it wasn't. They have gotten faster at getting people through lately luckily. So with 5 cars in front of me it probably took 25 mins inline start to finish

The accuracy rate of this Wendy's is clearly subpar and the service moves at a snail's pace. They will usually fix their errors, but the point is that I should have my orders correct the first time. My fiance has specific dietary requirements and often cannot eat the food if it's incorrect.

First off, I love Wendy's.Their food is great, their app is easy to use, and they have great offers usually.
However, the Wendy's on Mud Ln is one of the worst fast food restaurants I've visited. Why? Because:
1) They are constantly understaffed, resulting in a drive thru line out to the road,
2) The order is wrong half the time, either having left cheese on my wife's food, which she can't eat, or giving me a ln entirely different drink than I ordered, and hoping I don't notice, because they are out of the drink i actually asked for.
3) They are constantly closing their lobby WITHOUT NOTICE. This is by far the most frustrating, as I purposefully order carryout out the app to avoid the 20-30 minute drive thru line (not an exaggeration), only to find that the doors are locked, and my food is now waiting on their counter for 30 minutes as I wait to get to the window. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. If you close your lobby, the app should reflect as such, so I can choose to dine elsewhere, or refund my order immediately, instead of the long process of contacting corporate to do so.
In short, this Wendy's either needs to hire sufficient staff to run the location properly and offer benefits to discourage high turnover so the staff actually know what they are doing, or corporate needs to find management that will, because this store is not doing the brand any favors in my opinion.

It's so slow. Second car in the drive thru and it took 36 minutes to get food. This was at 3pm in the afternoon. The guy at the cash register was belching as I handed him my payment. Unfortunately, this location is not worth the wait and service.

Way too slow. It’s not an intermittent problem. It’s a constant problem. I get staffing issues, but staffing issues shouldn’t be a permanent issue if u plan to maintain an open restaurant. At some point, you have to figure something out. Either get a viable plan or close for good.
Meanwhile, Chick Fil Let and Culver’s are getting by. Their drive thru lines are moving. But Wendy’s isn’t. It’s time for this chain to become a relic of the past.
