The food is always great. I usually have delivery and driver is flight and courteous. Delivery has always been on time. They do a fantastic job.

Pizza hut is 1 of my favorites but when I moved to this area they were the absolute worst. That was 8 yrs ago. This staff at the new lower brownsboro rd location is so polite. The 1st time I ordered from it, my pizza was cold. The next time I told them and they not only sent an extra order of bread stix but it was super hot. And every time I have ordered from the new location since then it has been hot and great staff.

Greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Great customer service. Food order was brought to our table. Hot and delicious. Dining area and tables were clean. We were even asked if everything was well with our meal as we dined. Awesome experience for a fast food restaurant.
