I placed an order thru drive thru. One of my side's was left out of order. I called and spoke to Clarissa, who asked me all the questions. What time, what was the order, what's your receipt number. Unfortunately I did not ask for my receipt. But clarissa found my receipt, took my name, and put it in the book. I went in today and they offered to replace my whole meal!!!I just got something smaller, but they comped it all. I'm sorry I didn't get the guys name, but he was very polite and helpful. Thank you guys!!!

They had the dining room open at lunchtime when I went in to get carryout, which is a huge thumbs up in my book to start the experience. Staff was friendly, soda from fountain in lobby was good and not flat or watered down like you get sometimes at fast food restaurants. Food was ready in a timely manner and dipping sauces were offered and given. Chicken tenders and biscuit were good, soft and fresh. Fries were a little undercooked I think but I don't go there for the fries included in the tender combos so that wasn't a big bother for me or decrease my rating. Five star experience in my book and would go again.

Every time I come here for lunch, the service is phenomenal. Always welcoming, smiling, and friendly. I work right down the street pretty often and out of the dozen or so fast food joints in the area, this one is my favorite. The girl who was working the drive-thru today (2-20-20) around 1:45PM is amazing and y’all need to give that girl a raise!
