Applebee's

I've been to this location many times, but recently, we ordered through DoorDash to have it delivered. When the dasher got here, one bag of our order was missing which had one of the two entrees in it. I was furious, so I called the restaurant and ranted to the manager and then hung up on him. God bless him, he called me back, re-ordered DoorDash to come pick up what was missing from my order and have it delivered on their dime. Even fixed it again so it would be hot. Pedro was the manager that did all of this for me. And when he called me back to tell me what he had done, he was even kind enough to say that we had 'gotten disconnected' when we talked earlier, but I corrected him and took the blame for my frustration and told him that I knew he knew I hung up on him. I cannot say enough kind things about this man. If you are in the Fern Creek area and need a good place to eat with good people, you MUST go to Applebee's and tell Pedro about your experience. His boss needs to understand just how important this man is to him because he saved a customer last night. I was ready to go on full blast about my bad experience, but he has given me reason to believe that folks still do care about doing a good job and making your experience as positive as it can be. Pedro, thank you again for all that you did. I appreciate you and I hope your boss, your co-workers and Applebee's all do, too.

Great place to eat for a bargin. We had the chicken sandwich and fries. Taste was good n food was hot. Our waiter was great with exceptional customer service. Highly recommended this Applebee's. The only real issue is the carpet which is badly worn n in need of replacement. This carpet has needed replacing for at least the past 6 months but corporate hasn't produced the money to replace it.

Great dinner. Got the Bourbon Chicken & shrimp & wow, was it flavorful. The chicken was so juicy. My wife got the steak, it was over cooked but they made her a new one & it was better. Service was little slow but our waitress was very nice. I felt like my portion was small but I was full. Above all, food is delicious.
