Sonic Drive-in

I did not catch her name but on the 14th of November 2022 at about 11:30 this lady was working completely by herself and she was trying her hardest to get people out the out of the driveway with their food I want everyone who goes there today to know that she is trying her hardest but she is completely by herself and she is doing an amazing fantastic job

This place sucks! Their shake machine is ALWAYS broken, AND they NEVER have Onion Rings! TAKE them off the menu board. I think this is false advertising (especially since they advertise the cake batter shakes). I'm sick of spending my valuable time in their slow drive-thru just to be told they don't have what I want!

Jania Sellars helped me at this local sonic today. I am from Arkansas and this is a sonic in Louisville Kentucky. They are still partially closed due to Covid. All of the stalls are closed so you have to use the drive-through. I arrived and there was a long line at the drive-through so I pulled up and asked the speaker and she said oh don’t worry just come up front I’ll take care of you now. Because you say I had placed an order ahead on the app. Even though the stalls were shut off I still got my order quickly and correctly. I was a little disappointed that I was not able to leave a tip. Most sonics you were able to leave a tip on the mobile app. I didn’t have any cash on me so here I am trying to get this local sonic to add the tip option to the app. Most sonics have it and I know it would be a value to your business because your carhops would get more tips. Well, to start off, I went by there for lunch. I work 3 minutes away from this Sonic, have 40 minutes for lunch, and was STILL 10 minutes late getting back. Everything on my order except the drink was wrong. The manager on duty was very nice and tried her HARDEST to make it right, but I couldn't wait any longer. I came back after work, and the young gentleman who took my order went out of his way to make sure my order was complete and correct. Happy with the final outcome, but it would have been nice to have been able to eat lunch instead of dinner.

Hot dogs were good we're great actually. Service was extremely slow however customer service is pretty decent. Drive-thru wait time was 20 minutes that was with two vehicles in front of us. No estimated wait time if you have more than one vehicle in front of you is at least 15 minutes not too sure if others found that convenient or not , because we didn't find that convenient. But the food was hot and our order was correct.
