You can tell that there is new management here. Barb is the Peyton Manning of fried chicken. She is reading the defense and calling the audibles to her staff. They are executing with friendly service, speed, and accuracy. She is running a tight ship, and they staff are clearly taking pride in their work. This place was suffering last time I was here (months to a year ago). Now I would put it up against any KFC in the Louisville and surrounding areas. The food was hot a fresh. Top quality. It was clear that we weren’t the only ones noticing and enjoying the good things that are happening here. We will be back for sure to get some of that hot fresh original recipe and dip some biscuits in that brown gravy, oh yeah!

everyone here is super sweet and the food is always good! i see some people on here complaining about them being slower and closing early, but coming from someone who works in fast food with next to no employees at my store, this place is killing it! they’re doing the best they can with what they’ve got and i hope they can find some more help soon!

Went in on labor day, they were very nice, very attentive since it was kinda slow, loved conversation, amazing people that work here. Didnt catch their names, but the black guy with the gold tooth, the white boy with long blonde hair, and the older lady. All very nice and personable, customer service A+
