Homemade Ice Cream And Pie Kitchen

I cannot even describe the happiness I felt when my husband brought a few pie slices home for me. This is by far the best bakery I’ve gone to for amazing pies. I’ve stuck to strawberry rhubarb and cherry so far, but eventually I’ll branch out to more flavors! My daughters love the ice cream, they’re excited each time I tell them I’m in the mood for sweets! I REALLY recommend this place!!

My boyfriend and I love the ice cream and pies here, he likes the peanut butter fudge ice cream best and I recommend the creme brulee ice cream. However, I've never had a bad ice cream ever from this place! Everyone who works here is friendly and ready to give you a free sample of an ice cream so you can make sure you don't dislike a flavor when you get a whole cone of it. The seasonal flavors are always tasty too- green apple sherbet is a treat in the fall! Sometimes they have a few pies marked down to $5 too. They have a great selection of everything, and I like supporting a local business that took it's time to support Dixie Highway.

I love the cake and ice cream here! The ingredients are more limited and higher quality than at cheaper places, and this results in delicious desserts that don't feel like sludge in my gut for hours. Serving sizes are generous, which improves the value. The service is average, but I don't come here for service. It's all about satisfying my sweet tooth!
