Mcdonald's

I always prefer to go to this McDonald's over other ones around the center of town. One reason is they are expedient, and I'm never backed up in the drive-thru. Also, they are just great people to talk to. As an English speaking person trying to learn Spanish, the staff humor me and will happily converse with me in my elementary Spanish.

I did a mobile order and I wanted to try the new sauce, as soon as I saw that one of the ingredients was Szechuan peppers in the “sweet and spicy jam” I immediately had to go try some. I made a mobile order put my sauce request and the rest of my order as soon as I got there they were super quick and super nice, they even announced with Dr Pepper was diet and regular. Over all impressed with the morning/afternoon shift at this McDonald’s! The only thing is I also asked for honey mustard but got hot mustard instead but I tried it and it was still pretty good.

I have stopped at this McDonald's every morning on my way to work for a couple of years now so I only have breakfast here. The service is great. My only complaint is that the biscuits are often hard. Not sure if they are leftovers from the previous day or they are overcooked but it's an issue I wish would be corrected.

Wife enjoyed filet sandwich. I ordered double quarter pounder with cheese, bacon and jalapenos. No extra meat, that I paid for, $8, not happy! 2 orders of fries, 1 was fresh and very good. The other was soggy and inedible! McDonald's you used to be the best! No longer, the nearest one to me, on Bardstown Rd, is even much worse.

Update** They really have stepped their game up at this store really satisfied with my meal today! Thank you! The bathrooms are really clean as-well Horrible customer service placed a mobile order and the girl threw 2 bags on the counter and told me and another customer mobile orders, like figure it out yourselves. disrespected just ordering breakfast it's truely ridiculous to pay for that kind of service.

My hotcakes this morning where extra tasty! I ordered a large Orange Fanta to wash them down with and when I took my first drink it was quite obvious that the drink machine was definitely out of flavoring.... So I brought it to the manager's attention and my Fanta was quickly replaced (and it was tasty af) iron on top of that they gave my girlfriend a large Coke as well just for the hassle. Thanks McDonald's and this is why I always come back to this location.

I came here the other morning and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a McDonalds in a long time. I had time to kill before a meeting, I took my iPad with me to go inside and sit while I eat. I always get my hash brown and sausage biscuit. Anyways Brook (I hope that’s how she spells it) took my order and every aspect of it was great. Her customer service, her ability to have the food ready in seconds and she checked on me while I ate my food. I did happen to see a situation of a homeless man sitting outside where she was kind enough to bring him some food. We need more people like Brook in the world.
