Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for every trip. But the accuracy of the order has always been right & of course always taste good.

Always fresh, I like how they complete drive thru orders 2 at a time, you know I'd give it 5 stars if not for what 10 of those little burgers do to my belly

Sometimes can be rude and the waiting times between taking orders and getting to the window is ridiculous especially when it's always busy I had spent a hour in line because they was only taking 1 order at a time food is not always fresh but the atmosphere is nice and friendly staff.

Good service and fairly quick. Well, it used to be fairly quick but it's slowed down quite a bit. We ordered a Crave case and it took a while to get it. Granted, it was a Crave case so I'll give them that.

Drive thru. Line wasn't exceptionally long but man it was slow. No apology was given nor a reason for the delay. Asked for mayo in the aide. No mayo and no napkins in the bag. Burgers and fries were hot though!!

I have always loved White Castle cheeseburgers! Along with loaded fries. I am really picky,🙄 and they are nice enough to let me pick apart their usual toppings.🙂
My husband gets excited when the limited time only items show up on the menu.🙂
This visit, we were there mainly because shrimp nibblers are back. Our only disappointment - they had just ran out of Panko fish sliders when we started our order.
He didn't get agitated, saying that they were so good, he could see how they were having a hard time keeping up with orders for those.
That is some pretty solid proof of how good they are right there!😀

The line was wrapped around the building at drive thru because the inside was closed, but the service and White Castles was definately worth the wait! Great job passing out fresh food. We also got fries and they were hot and fresh.
