The manager of this location is phenomenal! My order was accidentally incorrect and when I respectfully called to arrange a replacement the manager went above and beyond to rectify my order. I was unable to make it back to the store that same evening so the manager immediately arranged to deliver my order himself. My correct order arrived within 10 minutes of ending the call. Talk about your customer service! This location knows what customer service and hot and fresh food is! The manager is kind, respectful, and professional; making sure each patron is satisfied with what they want, when they want it, and how they want it!

The last two times I’ve gotten takeout here have been superb, the manager really shines at this location, he’s on top of everything and double checks every order and how it’s being prepared. I usually don’t give fast food high reviews but the quality at this location is what all KFC restaurants should be. Before the last two times at this location, the chicken was bland and had a funky taste, I had to wait and they messed up on my order but that was a long time ago during covid when doors were locked. The only two things I wish would change is I wish I could substitute biscuits for something else on the combo like maybe another side and the french fries have a grease taste to them. The chicken and tenders are so good, I never thought I would hear someone say this taste better than canes tenders

One of the best KFC's near me I'm locating the East end actually closer to the KFC on Lagrange road by Kroger but they stink their service is awful they're slow as can be a lot of times they'll close early. The KFC I'm talking about that's so awesome is on Westport road near goose Creek you can actually go in and eat. Tremendous customer service always.
