There was nobody in line at drive-thru so I hoped the service would be fast since I only had 20 minutes left in my lunch break. When I got to window the cashier told me to pull forward and wait for food where I found that 3 other cars where already waiting. 10 minutes later an employee came out and told me they couldn't make my order (bean and rice burritos)because they had run out of rice. This was at 11:20 in the morning so I don't really understand why they they would run out of ingredients only 20 minutes after opening. I made a 2nd order and it took about 5 more minutes which gave me very little time to eat. I went to this same location several months ago and had similar issues, I won't be back

Horrible service EVEN FOR FIRST SHIFT! Usually second shift is a bit more unorganized, but today for my lunch I received my tacos upside down in the bag. How thoughtful! So now all of my meat and lettuce is in the bag and not in my shell. Horrible. They don’t answer the store telephone for NOTHING! Because they can’t be held accountable!

KFC COMBINED WITH TACO BELL. Makes eating more fun and healthy too. Sensible and syncing. Mixing and matching. Kentucky I'm here. Keeping This KFC...DEAR....TO MY HEART. And Mountain Dew Sweet Lightening exclusively here only. Honey and peach. Always within reach. My fave Mountain Dew. And this locations crew.... Always Hard Working. Staying on Line. Never twerking.

Three cars were in front of me and it took half an hour to get them through. I pull up to the window and they ask me to pull around. Well I can't because they have pulled around so many others that there is no where to go. They hadn't brought anyone their food in half an hour. Start to finish it took 50 minutes to get through and then my very simple order was wrong and cold. This is the last chance I'm giving that place. They have been consistently awful for two years. I'll never be back. I should have just thrown $30 in the trash

This location is also combined with a KFC but I would definitely like to thank the crew there for their awesome customer service! I had called them to make sure they were open since the one nearest my house told my husband they were out of chicken since they would be closing in a couple mins. Mind you this was 8:30 this evening. The young lady I spoke with went out of her way to make sure my 8 piece chicken and sides were fresh and that they had dropped enough chicken before I even left my house! She was also very polite and courteous.
