Mcdonald's

This McDonald's is what I call a sometime place and what I mean by that is sometimes they get your order right sometimes they don't. And sometimes they only accept cash and sometimes they allow you to pay with all forms of payment. And sometimes the customer service is good but sometimes it's not and more so not then good.

Bread was rubbery like someone just over microwaved it , shorted my food , team lead or Mgr was more interested in getting out quickly instead of getting it right the first time,this is a different world we live in now ,it should be about Quality and Customer Service, not speed . I paid $32. For my meal , and got a bad experience, for that price I won't be back ...

I was in there this morning and gave a $50 bill I'm supposed to get back $33 they only got back 13 dollars didn't notice it at the time because the teller was telling jokes and stuff and we was laughing and so I didn't pay attention until I got to the laundromat now they're not answering the phone so that I can tell them so it looks like I'm going to have to drive all the way back over there to let them know even though I know they're not going to check the drawers until later so that means when they find out that they didn't give me my 20 then I'm going to have to come all the way back again it would be nice if they would just answered their phones what would have been nice if I just didn't get my 20 kept in the first place

I'M ONLY GIVING 4 STARS BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER!!!! My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite before going to work. We opted to go inside. We were told by the manager that they were a little backed up (which I applaud him for because we have been in other restaurants where the customers waiting weren't even acknowledged as employees & management just continued doing what they were doing)!!!! The manager did tell us that ordering on the kiosk would be much quicker, so that's what we did. Guess we should've just waited in the line because we were still waiting for our food after the others had gone. We only ordered 2 quarter pounders & 2 blueberry & cream pies. They were all out of those pies & it would take 15 mins for them to make, so he asked if we wanted apple pies instead. I said sure, we had already been waiting about 10 mins & needed to get to work. He gave us 4 apple pies to make up for our having to wait & not having the blueberry/cream pies.

Very disappointed!! I had to repeat my order several times two $3.00 chicken nugget bundles, two McDoubles with extra pickles and a plain hamburger. $15.02 does the math seem off to you too? I asked her to double check the order again. The associate swore it was right, I did the math for her $6 + $4 +$2 is $12. Her response you ordered 2 McDoubles. I was able to actually get the receipt she forgot the change though. Got home to discover we didn’t get a single nugget and she charged me for 3 chicken nugget bundles!!! This was the math problem, which I explained to both her and the manager. Both of which looked at me like I had two heads.
