this is a cute airport, smaller than i thought. it has a smash burger in the southwest terminal and that food is in fact bussin. the gate agents here had phenomenal customer service as well. i would describe it as clean and well kept.

Easy access, close to my the place of business destination that I was here for.

The check-in was quick and painless. Security was much more thorough and faster than LaGuardia. I do have to give points to the food choices with your not that varied but filling. Very good experience at this smaller airport.

For my latest trip I decided to depart early evening, and returned early evening. The airport was virtually empty both legs of my trip. No lines! Even through security! It was such a relaxing event!

Nice airport. It's tiny but seems to have all the major airlines and dropping off/picking up was a breeze. Also the parking is very close! Baggage came out quickly.

Honestly, the airport is small and pretty limited in destinations, but being small also makes it easy to navigate. The last time we were there, we had a dead battery in the parking lot, and a wonderful man from the parking services came and jumped our car. That's above and beyond to me.

Small town feel, big city access.
Fantastic little big airport. Quick check in breeze through security and then enjoy some of the shops with coffee soda or food items.

Easy to navigate, public bus stop outside of baggage claim (doesn't run too often, but only 1.75 to downtown), friendly information desk staff member (wish I would have got his name)

I have had the pleasure of flying in and out of Louisville International Airport, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience each time! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the airport was. The terminals were spacious and airy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating areas.
But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service that I received throughout my time at the airport. From the friendly staff at the check-in counter to the helpful airport security personnel, everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to assist in any way they could.
I also appreciated the wide range of amenities and services that were available at the airport. Whether I needed a quick bite to eat, a last-minute souvenir, or even a relaxing massage, there was something for everyone at Louisville International Airport.
Overall, I would highly recommend Louisville International Airport to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable travel experience. With its exceptional customer service, top-notch facilities, and wide array of amenities, it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Well done, Louisville International Airport!

Nice airport, small… security line was pretty long. There is a Starbucks, pre- made food, a Chilis and gift shop past security. Bathrooms are pretty clean.
