Ordered breakfast and ate in. The food was good and hot. Why do the employees look at patrons as if they are caught in a bright light? They don't greet you, say they will be with you in a moment, or anything to acknowledge that you are there. When you do order, it seems as if you have disturbed their day. AND what is it about wearing a uniform and hair nets? Are these not required anymore? The guy making breakfast looked like he just got off a construction job, and his hair was everywhere. I am glad it wasn't in my food.

I came here after three laps around the Seneca Park loop. The drive-thru line was too long, so I opted to eat inside. Service was fast &courteous, the Impossible Burger meal was delicious, and the restaurant was very clean. I'll be back!

It is by far one of my favorite places to go after a hard day at work. The food is always fresh and is made super fast. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I have been here for lunch many times recently. I use drivethrough. 2 cheese burgers fries onion ring. The king Chicken sandwich. All very well made hot fresh even at 2:30 pm

I went there at around 10:30 at night while they were extremely short staffed with a large order and they got everything right. The service took a minute of course but the service was great. I was very happy.

Ordered food around 6:00 p.m. today. Kevin provided the best experience I've had with this location. He was professional and my food was made fresh. Pay him well!

Some of the best customer service I've gotten all year! I had a menu question in the drive through and the gentleman was so patient & helpful. The guy at the window, Britan (?), was super friendly too. I'll be back!

Better today but a few days ago my order was wrong, Dont know which bun that sandwich is for but its not a whooperand then they over put toppings on my sandwich tonight and fries too salty it but it was all good everything was at least hot.

Ordered a double Whopper and paid for a double Whopper and got a single... Not thrilled **edit: I am changing my review on this restaurant not because of an overall company satisfaction standpoint but because during their lunch rush they had three people today and they had a guy named Elijah that was working the window and I heard multiple people yelling at him for how long it's taking getting upset with him and wanting to sit inside the restaurant and speak to a manager even though the lobby was closed. And not once was he rude did he lose his temper or did he act in any way that was unprofessional they are lucky to have somebody like him working for them and I hope that they pay him what he is worth

I was helped by Destiny…she was extremely kind and friendly. i felt like she was happy to help me and not annoyed. the food was also made fresh so it was hot when we picked it up and very tasty!! that is how customer service should be done. Store number- 945784 10/10
