I appreciate the hospitality that I have received within the past month, I come to KFC on my break so many times a week and when Darius works the window I find him so funny and like a breath of fresh air. Not all the time you come across good service. I had to wait for my food this particular time but with the great customer service I receive, I don’t mind at all.

This, I believe, is the best KFC in the Louisville area! The Staff here are all very personable and appreciate positive energy and interaction! Come in with a smile on your face and they will reciprocate it right back! I always receive a top-quality Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and they are always happy to make it! My peoples at KFC here hold a special place in my Heart, and they will always have my Respect, Gratitude, & Love! Thanks guys! You're the best, and remember Every Person Matters! Store was very clean and customer service was extra credit great. I had a two minute wait but my biscuits and chicken was hot and fresh. Can’t beat that. Definitely The best KFC I have been to. The fella that checked me out, said that when everyone leaves this store, they leave with a smile on their face. He was definitely right because everybody had the best vibe. It definitely helped with the stuff I had been through at the hospital today. I appreciated it and needed that smile. Great service is hard to find. But not here. Thank you!
