Burger King

Typically I like BK once or twice a month for a whopper or cheese burger snack, usually this one is pretty quick for the drive through but the last couple times it's been really slow. So this time I decided to go in since the drive through had a big line, and it took two minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and the guy in front of me. The lady said she was the only one there and she would be right with us. That day I had to be at work fairly soon and I didn't want to risk it so I walked out and went to McDonald's next door, they had a line at the drive through as well but were very efficient and I got back on the road and got to work on time with a couple minutes to spare!

The good: Staff tried to be friendly Said they were sorry when my order was wrong Fries were hot HOLY GUACAMOLE THE BAD: 25 mins in the drive thru Had to remind window person to give my my fries and drink. (upgraded to large as apology, which was good) Sandwich was wrong. Went inside to fix sandwich. The replacement sandwich was wrong too. Ive worked fast food before and know it can be rough, but when the people up front and the people making the food don't speak the same language, things fall apart.

Disgusting. From the kitchen cleanliness to the people behind the counter, this location left a lot to be desired. The whole place was a mess. The staff ignored me in the drive in, so I went inside and was further ignored (no line though, no one waiting but me). I had enough time to browse other restaurant options and place an order online before anyone even acknowledged me. I will not be back.

Update: nice people but still can't get an order right. Tried two BKs today... Never going back. Got refused service at one for having a $2 whopper coupon. This next one I first recieved an impossible whopper when I ordered a regular one with only cheese....just got home got Mayo, mustard and pickeld on it ... Allergic to pcikels. Quality control at many burger King seems to have gone way down. I have o my gone to this location twice and this is the last time.

-1 star, wow, today we were going through the drive thru and when we got to the ordering we were told to "I'll be right with you" which is normal. Three cars ahead of us, all gone, about 5 cars behind us wondering why are we not moving??? 5 minutes go by and I asked if anyone is working there. This is when all went south, the manager Don responded " if you don't like the service go somewhere else" I was shocked to hear this, my response "really" Don shouted back on the intercom "I'm not going to serve you, go elsewhere" I drove around and went inside, again wow what a rude incompetent person "Don" in charge, will never again go to this location and I hope that corporate will read some of these reviews and correct the issue!!

I have never been treated so badly by any employee at a fast food restaurant, as soon as I got to the menu board all I heard was “Order”.. as I was ordering I then hear “done”.. “go to the window”. After I got my order the fries literally taste like something that rotted or possibly urine.. also a large fries had what you see in the pictures. I’m going to have this food tested because I know it has been tampered with. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING! I CANT WAIT TO GET THE RESULTS SO I CAN HAVE THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN AND MAKE THIS CORPORATION PAY.
