Chuck E. Cheese

As a 90s kid who used to beg my parents to take me to Chuck E Cheese... I'm honestly pretty disappointed with the downgrade. The place was gutted. They had half the number of games they used to, and most of them don't give tickets. Most of the ones that do give tickets aren't even skill based and are entirely random chance. I spent 4 hours playing games to earn as many tickets as I could for my niece, whose birthday we were celebrating, and I only had 500 tickets to show for it. All that said, the food is really good, especially the pizza. I'd consider coming back solely to get food.

I moved my 6:00 party to 7:00 and showed up and they had moved the party to 8 when they closed at 9 so we weren’t able to do the party at all. My child was crushed. The person at the front desk was not helpful at all and very rude. She claimed to call the manager and said we could either do the party at 8 and pay for the whole thing or we could just sit at a booth and pay for everything separately. No one was helpful and my child’s party was ruined. We come here at least three times a month and will not be back. There were 5 empty party tables and they wouldn’t let us use one.  So much for being kid friendly.
