Ordered 2 Cheesy Bean and rice burritos with no chipotle but extra rice. I got 2 bean burritos… so my daughter takes them back up and this is what I get. A burrito with tons of cheese and a couple sprinkles of rice… I haven’t been there for months because EVERY time we get food from here,it’s ALWAYS screwed up. And this was the nail in the coffin.
SAVE YOUR MONEY…. They will never get your order correct.

Went to drive thru in Louisville, OH Store 027997. Got home and missing 4 items. Yes, 4 items. I can understand 1, not 4. Unacceptable. I guess that’s what you get in today’s world. Warm bodies. Not the first time this has happened.

I have been to this taco bell a multitude of times over the years. They are probably one of the most reliable places when it comes to orders (never hurts to still double check though, no one is perfect but 3 out of a few hundred visits over the last 15 years is remarkably good). Their food is also highly consistent and the most variable item is the mexican pizza being between a little spicy and mild but i have not had a mexican pizza in a while though so they might be consistent now as well. Overall one of the best fast food locations I have ever been to.

I placed my $25+ ordered through your mobile app and my order was supposedly ready with pickup through the drive thru. When I arrived, my food must have not even been started yet because I waited at the drive thru window for 8-10 minutes. Also, I redeemed a reward, for a free crunchy taco, and did not receive it! I called the store, which was supposed to be open until 2:00 AM, according to the sign on the window, and they were closed or just didn't pick up the phone (called twice). I wasn't going to bother to call today because it was a reward, so it didn't cost me anything, but it was the fact that I lost an earned reward solely because someone at the store forgot to prepare and bag it.

Honestly I get that it’s petty to review a fast food chain but when you have people walking around talking on their cellphone then grouping together talking and ignoring customers waiting to order at the front you’re gonna get a one star. Hope your manager sees this.

The whole time they sold the grilled cheese burrito this place refused to make it. When you ordered it they would tell you they were out of parchment paper. But they were across the street from Giant eagle. So they upset their customers lost money the whole time. Now it's the Mexican pizzas turn. They refuse to make it.

This location needs help desperately! Utter chaos and horribly long wait time. At least the food wasnt cold.

Pre-ordered on the app. Get to restaurant and was told deep fryer is down they couldn't make part of my order. Asked for a refund and the manager gets on and says if I want to wait 5-7 minutes he can heat the fryer back up or he can offer me any other item of my choosing. I picked an alternate item and it wasn't the item I received. It was too late and I was too Hungry to go back and deal with the issue so I just ate what they gave me.
