I stopped in tonight in the snow so I could get a drink. The older lady at the front counter said “ not open” and I turned around and left. If your not open why is the door open and I think a customer who took the time to stop and walk in the snow to go to your business deserves more than two words. Very rude and I recommend no one goes here

So the lady the runs this place doesn't overwhelm you with charm. I see that. Been there 4 times now. She makes a great burger and her hoagies are great. The food speaks for itself. Everyone is different and being chatty Kathy isn't her thing. I just want her to keep making a good burger.

The BLT I ordered was pricey but OK. The workers need some customer service training soon before they run their customers off.

The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is customer service could be more friendly. Vice was always so welcoming and he talked to everyone.
