Excellent service, superb food, only thing that lets it down is accessibility with windy staircases but if you have good mobility it adds to the quirkiness of the place

Lovely traditional tea shop. We visited for lunch and the tea and sandwiches were excellent. Polite and friendly service. The tables outside were a quiet haven in a busy town centre.

This is a quaint little tea room. If it's full downstairs, there's a lot more room upstairs. The stairs are in keeping with the age of the building. We had drinks and scones. Proper tea in cups and saucers. The scones were good too. Just what was needed at the time.

Really nice lunch here, and their own tea blend is awesome. Will definatley call again. All the team were very friendly and it's nice to have tea in proper cups.

A lovely find from the welcome to the service and such lovely surroundings. We were made to feel so welcome - it was a little oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of the Ludlow Spring Fair. If we hadn't had lunch, we would have enjoyed the afternoon tea but the tea and cake was delightful. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely lunch here. The sandwiches were so fresh and full of flavour. We treated ourselves to carrot cake after, which was delicious! The service was great - very friendly and attentive. We’ll be sure to return!
