Went to this venue yesterday. I was shocked at the amount if uncleared table's. The girl at the counter was more interested in her lip gloss than serving me. I asked if a table could be cleared. Ordered then sat at the table for over 10 mins...table stll not cleared one of the other waitresses came over with my tea. I asked if she could clear the table before she put my tea down. Finally had a clean space...then toasted sandwich came out, very good food but average tea. I had to ask for a serviette as there were none on the table nor did any come out with the food. Also no raw sugar in caddy. Ended up getting up and grabbed sugar off another dirty table near me. I think the owner of this franchise needs to do a little front of house training with the staff as it is letting the food down...not good!!!

First visit to stellarossa. Went with friends here and the wait was very long, later I found out it's known locally for taking a long time. The food was okay though the milkshake they gave me may have ruined my appetite, the milkshake was way too strong (like cordial with no water strong) first time I have ever asked for something to be fixed, the waiter was able to add more milk to it. Everything was looking up by that point until i noticed my water glass had lipstick on it, glitter lipstick. Probably won't return, even though I should to see if it was a one time off. Visits x1.
