Mcdonald's

This was my last visit here. We ordered a kids meal and a double cheeseburger. They gave us one of our drinks and forgot about our second one so we had to ask for it. They gave us the drink and told us to pull in spot 1. We were sitting there for about 20 minutes until we decided to go inside. I told the lady and she blamed it on the new people. She said that she had the food ready, and she lied about that. She still had to wrap up everything and put it in the bag. She apologized and gave us a free ice cream cone and milkshake. We got back to the car and checked the food and she had forgot a kids fry and we told her no onions and she still put onions on one of the burgers. She told me that she didn’t see a kids fry on the receipt and that’s why she gave us a medium. I would NEVER recommend this place to others.

Drive through slow slow slow, and only one car was in line in front of me. I was surprised that they didn't ask this person to pull over and wait as they had a rather large order. Well, they got our order right and the drinks were good, but they were out of the Strawberry/Watermelmon slushy that my wife wanted.

So this is what we have come to. I approached the counter to order and had an awkward staring contest with the cashier. The rude young lady didn't ask me what I would like to order and seemed surprised I expected to be greeted at all. We need to have pride in earning a honest wage and do our best. This was unreal. Who ever owns this establishment needs customer service training asap. Smh.... I left because I refuse to be treated so poorly and be expected to patronize such a place. Do better Bass road McDonald's.

I have just moved to this area and have gone to this McDonald's 2 different times and each time the cashier has taken my order and totally ignored me when I pull to the window to pay. I waited and watched her totally ignore me for 10 mins. I drove off. Having worked all day and just trying to pickup a quick bite and be totally ignored when your trying to pay is rediculious.... I will not attempt to purchase food here again.

I had visited this Mac Donald's several times at different hours for a Mocca Frappé and the machine is ALWAYS DOWN. I wonder if this could be normal. I'll put CERO STARS it that would be possible, they made me waste my time staying in the drive through line forever and empty-handed. For users who like a good Mocca Frappé I recommend going to Dunkin Donuts and ask for the Frozen coffee flavored with Mocca and whip cream. It's delicious.
