The Establishment was dirty from the cashier to the preparer they were absolutely rude. I went in there and I got an order for a family of five the cashier was upset because I got five large fries which then in turn made the preparer upset because I had five large fries. A few moments behind the counter I noticed a personal fryer with basket (see picture) that will fit maybe four cups of fries. My fiance and I decided to go outside and wait for our order to be done. I'm assuming their peak hours had began, people began to pour in. The preparer then announces, "the reason why there was going to be a wait was because ,( then points to my fiance and I) and say, they ordered five large fries. When in actuality the reason for the wait was because they had a personal hand fryer versus an industrial size fryer. All in all my fiance and I paid for meal which came to about 80 bucks for family of five. We received horrible customer service throughout the entire ordeal. We were publicly humiliated because we have a large order for our family, only find the food subpar. I won't hold the WHICH WHICH itself accountable, but do better. HOWEVER I will try a different location hopefully it's better than the last.

I went there twice just to give them another opportunity to redeem themselves. However, they failed yet again I brought my mother and my niece with me to get some sandwiches it took almost 30 minutes to get three sandwiches is one guy behind the counter acting like he didn't know what he was doing and then they forgot one of my orders do I have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for that plus they were so busy trying to do other stuff and not actually take orders. I won't be returning anytime soon very disappointed with the service and the sandwiches we're great just not all what it was hyped up to be.

This was my first visit and I really liked it. The sandwiches we had were great, especially the Thanksgiving sandwich that was turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce; so good. Staff was very nice and helpful; they have a unique “bag” way of taking the order that works.

I don't eat meat right now and I'm big on tomatoes and avocado together on a sandwich I enjoyed it especially after a long night partying, great spot for veggie lovers 💜💚

I love coming to this location! The food is good. And the customer service is awesome! I have never had a problem here. I usually order online and go in and get it. They greet me as soon as I walk in and let me know the status of my order. And they always remind me to get my chips and drink ! (I usually forget) Thank you for keeping your awesome attitudes and awesome customer service during these frustrating pandemic times!

I don't know why I haven't seen any other outlet of this chain. some of the most creative sandwiches in any sub shop I've seen. they have most of the regular pedestrian stuff, but then they'll do things like a banh mi, breakfast special, corned beef, and my favorite the ultimate BLT.
it's all cooked fresh and made to order. you can get it hot or cold.
I love the food here... I just generally don't get it unless I'm downtown. whenever I see you another WhichWich anywhere I'll be stopping!

The people are polite, friendly and patient, especially if it's your first visit to Which Wich. The sweet tea is very good and the french dip sandwich is absolutely delicious!! I will definitely be visiting a Which Wich soon.

I have eaten at this location multiple times and each time I am dissatisfied with the service given and the food is not ever p reparred nicely, it is thrown together like slop and I have to redo my sandwich to eat it. I eat the sandwich because I bought it and I hate to waste food, but I rarely ever enjoy a meal here. Just next door is Subway, and I always have a good experience at and the food is prepared just the way you want it. It's a interesting thing to use the bags to place your order but if you can't even read the bag to make it as the customer has ordered then the company Which Wich needs to use an assembly line type of service like Subway, the customer likes to know what they are getting, not to be surprised with a mess.
