Fatty's Pizza

I ordered a large supreme pizza today and CHEESE sticks !! I got the FIRST PICTURE AND THE LAST PICTURE!! I called after I got home and talked to SARAH the manager she said she made the cheese sticks that LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE SECOND PICTURE THAT I GOT OFF THEIR WEBSITE!!!! And, I had a pepperoni Pizza instead of what I ordered ! The food was terrible and the service !!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING FROM FATTY’S PIZZA ON SECOND STREET !!!!

It was good, but it was extremely slow. We went in between meetings thinking it would be a good option. We arrived around 12:20 and found that it wasn't very crowded. Had to be at another meeting at 1pm. Slowly, everyone else in the restaurant got their food, even those that came in after us. My two slice lunch special came out at 12:58. They cooked whole pizzas for several people that ordered after us and those came out ahead of mine. It's good but don't go if you have a deadline.

Very friendly environment especially employees. I highly recommend for friends and family. Seating booths were limited however they were separated safely. There is a long bench for waiting to place your order. Pricing is very reasonable and the pizza is very fresh. They accommodate substitutions as well.

My wife brought home a couple slices of pizza from a work event last month and I thought they were delicious. We decided to order a couple of personal pizzas from them via DoorDash a few days later. Our order arrived promptly and both of those pizzas were also excellent. Tonight, we ordered Fatty's via DoorDash again. Over an hour after placing the order, our driver was still waiting to pick it up--the first driver assigned actually gave up waiting. When we finally got our food, we were extremely disappointed. Each of our pizzas had two slices that were missing cheese, sauce, and toppings: they were nothing but bare crust, and they looked like they'd been stepped on. The remaining slices looked fine; however, my pizza was made incorrectly. I had paid extra to add two toppings to my pizza, and it looked like a minimal amount of each was carelessly tossed on at the last minute as an afterthought. There was, however, a large amount of two entirely different toppings that I had not asked for, both of which I hate. I had to spend an inordinate amount of time picking them off my pizza and out from under the cheese before eating each slice. It seems like consistency is a big problem for Fatty's, at least with regard to delivery orders. We will not be ordering from them again.

They opened at 11:00 We walked in at 11, right behind 2 other people. 11:45 still waiting on our 2 slices of pizza each. Yes, we waited that long!) Price is right. 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $5. But not sure the wait was worth it. Lady came in behind us, (about 10 minutes) she must've had an online order or call in order. 3 more people also in behind us. Thet all got their food before us.. Pretty disappointing. Total wait was an hour. When we asked about our order, they apologized and gave us a full refund for waiting so long. They made it right. Not many places are willing to do that. We'll probably be back. The food is good and price is right. Here's a tip: If you don't have your food in 15 minutes, you might want to ask about your order. This is the first time we had to wait more than that.

I had rated this place five stars and have been a regular customer for years. I placed a big $200+ order tonight for a party. Only half of it was delivered. I called the store to get them to figure it out and they said they were too busy to deal with this tonight and hung up on me. I wasn't being rude but I don't even know how to respond to that. I will never order from here again I guess. I've never had anyone be so rude to me.
