Worst hamburger I have ever had from a Krystal. The tea was sorta sour. I had rather have white castle anyday. I can remember as a child going to get Krystal hamburgers from when it was on Cherry street. They were so good.

I sont know if the speaker was broken or the lady didnt hear me but the order was completely wrong. And I believe over charged. Wwas traveling it waa late didnt feel like turning around. Definitely should check the bag before pulling off!!

This was the absolute last time myself and my family will visit this location. I have issues every single time we come here. This last time was it for me. I ordered a number 1 combo meal without cheese, no mustard, add ketchup and extra onion. I got one with mustard covered. I also ordered a 12 count sack full without pickle, add cheese and extra onion with ketchup. I received no cheese on 11 Krystals and cheese on one. I called to let them know what they did wrong and the cashier told me the order couldn't be remade because I had already left. This was crazy. Then she continues to ask me do I still have the order and I reply yes just for her to say they cant remake it. This was the riverside location near tom hill sr in Macon. Complete waste of money and time.
