Dunkin'

I think we're hanging in there with this one because it is a Dunkin' Donuts location but it's just not up to expectations. There is NO glaze on the munchkins and plain glaze donuts most times I buy these. What I mean is there's something, but it's so thin you can barely taste it, certainly can't feel it, they taste more dry and savory, than sweet. I'm aware that this brand's donuts are not heavy glazed but there is normal amount of glaze that comes on these donuts. This is after numberous visits and you have to get whatever donuts left after about 2-ish, stale. I'm unsure how good everything is early, early, but around and after lunch... This is the most convenient location, easy to access along a busy highway so what is the issue after so long? No one was really going inside before Covid; it's not a bookstore. It's ideal for drive-thru. It's like getting pushed away. I stay confused on this, even my last frozen coffee was so bad, I forgot to finish it, leaving it in the car. I come out better buying the Dunkin' Donut coffee drinks in the plastic bottle and donuts (fresh and I can taste) at a gas station. I wish it improves so I can update this someday... Some people may want to keep a Dunkin' Donuts right there instead of it being moved, so I added the extra star, tbh.

So I go to Dunkin often and at this one I hardly ever have my cold brew drink taste correctly or like other stores make it. When done right with the normal 3 caramel and 3 cream for a medium size it's a perfect taste. Well at this location its almost every time I get caramel milk.... hardly a coffee taste at all. So today I caught the barista ever so nicely putting regular coffee in the 3/4 th filled cup of cream and caramel..... Cold Brew is what I asked for Cols Brew is what I was charged for...... regular ice coffee is actually cheaper. But to try and give me something I didn't ask for and charge me the regular price and not even try to tell me is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not shop here again because I can't trust them with simply telling me they don't have something and not over charging me for something. The sad part is the associate didn't care either he was so nonchalant about it. Like I watched him look for the cold brew not see it, go put the regular in the cups bring them to the window repeat the total and wait for my payment...... I had to ask was that cold brew he states no we out .... like really...... I told him I didn't want it and that's not ok to sell someone something and it's not what they ordered. He was like ok with a wave of his hand showing no concern or apologetic. Its just sad......

I've visited the shop on gray Hwy only twice because the 1st time I received old doughnuts. I went back again on my birthday & ordered some fritters. I was so disappointed when I got home, they tasted like they been sitting there for days, never again will I return there, its filthy inside & the attitudes are awful. There's no need returning bad food just to get more bad food & bad attitudes.

I always get excited when I have an occasion to go near Gray Highway because I use that opportunity to stop at Dunkin'. This location always has the hottest coffee in Middle Georgia. My wife and I like coffee and we love Dunkin'. Because of that, we've stopped at most every location from south Warner Robins to north Macon. One issue we consistently have at the other stores is the temperature of the Decaf, which my wife drinks. It's usually lukewarm at best. Now and then she gets a berista to brew her a fresh hot pot. That's never an issue on Gray Highway. There's is ALWAYS piping hot!

I go into dukin because usually the line is long. The same person who took my order ignored me for about 10 mins. I got my croissant and it was burnt to a crisp, my coffee was missing everything I asked extra for… it tasted like whatever they put in it went bad… and waited way too long with nobody really doing anything.. and it’s gross.. I get understaffed but you can see it’s just pure laziness. I have only been two times and Ordered the same thing and managed to make it worse. Waste of my time. Don’t come, the other location is way better!
