Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered contactless delivery. No one knocked or rang my doorbell. Found my pizza in front of my doorstep like it had been tossed there. The pizza was cold and dishevelled. Don't waste your time with this establishment. You are better off making your own pizza instead of ordering from this place. I feel foolish for not looking at the other reviews of this place. A store that is hot or miss and doesn't have consistent quality shows that it should not even be there.

I used to love this location. I have been ordering from them for a little over a year. But, tonight when I went to pick up my carryout order I was slightly disturbed. The workers in the kitchen were not wearing gloves nor a mask when preparing food. I seen someone coughing and not covering their mouths nor washing their hands. I asked the young lady at the window why they didn't have gloves on and she could not give me a direct answer. She said sometimes the workers wear them and sometimes they don't. She said she didn't even think that it was required!! Just disgusting! With COVID looming... I would like to think that my food is prepared in a cleanly matter. Sounds to me that they need to be retrained! I will no longer be a customer here and I will be calling corporate as soon as I am done with this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

DO NOT EAT HERE! We tried calling several times to order, when no one answered we decided to go to the drive through. What we saw when we pulled up the window was nothing short of horrifying. There was a female worker who was standing over the Bins of food eating out of them and LICKING. HER. FINGERS. then reached back in and eating some more!! I so wish I had the presence of mind to record her. But the 4 of us were so shocked we drove off quickly. It was about 9:30pm May 29 2022... PLEASE find a replacement for whatever girl was working this shift.

Delicious. One of those papa John's that knows what it's doing. It seems to be run entirely by a single young blond woman (and a handful of delivery drivers) who I see working tirelessly every time I go to pick up pizza. That being said, she knows what she is doing, she is polite, and the pizza comes out great. Need one ask for more?

I tried calling for 20 minutes and nobody answered the phone until it was too late. I wanted to change my order from thick crust to thin crust and I called immediately after it was placed. I thought I had changed it but it was still regular crust on my receipt. I waited on hold for 20 minutes Like someone would pick up the phone then press the hold button again. Then finally when they decided to answer the phone he told me oh it’s already in the oven. I knew that already because you waited forever to answer the phone. These people don’t ever answer the phone. That’s why I stopped ordering from papa john’s period but I’m at work and stuck like chuck. I 100% DO NOT recommend.

I placed and paid for an order at 1:10 for pickup because delivery was not available, it was supposed to be ready at 1:22. I arrived at the store at 1:20, finally got to the drive thru window to pick up my order at about 1:32 because the lobby was closed so I could not walk in and get my order. After waiting at the window for about 3-5 minutes someone FINALLY comes to the window and tells me it'll be another 5 minutes, after that 5 minutes passed I tapped on the drive thru window, the cashier comes back and tells me it will be ANOTHER 45 minutes. By now it's about 1:45 and my 30 my lunch break is over. The manager would not speak with me, no one offered an apology or a refund. WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
