Did not have cones for the ice cream. They put they stuff for the funnel cake fries on the regular fries they tasted horrible if I wanted sweet potatos I would not have ordered the regular fries. Then the cashier took my credit card then asked me again for payment I said to her you have my card she apparently gave it to another person who came back from the other side of the restraunt with my recipt in hand.

The incompetent manger and their horrible team mate mya need to be fired. Straight up don’t gaf about their job or anything. I spoke to mya 3 times all while being IGNORED asking for a receipt because she couldn’t even take my order right. She slammed the window on me 2 times not saying a single word. Got my receipt and asked what her deal was. Again shut the window on me. Called the joke of a manager and she dgaf either. But let it be a white person doing that in a restaurant to a paying black customer.

This is for the ( store on Pionona Ave.), I received my food within a 3-minute span . The store on Mercer across from the mall, I would giving them a star, I stayed in line 35 minutes and never got waited on

Took like 8 minutes for them to get me my food Checkers is always been my favorite restaurant. They do what they say they do consistently. Anyway just like their motto goes you got to eat

The only thing that was ok was the fries. Everything else wasn't even room temperature. Not to mention it tasted so bad. I had ordered the popcorn chicken and you could tell that they fried some of them and cooked some fresh ones with them. So I had some that was ok and the rest was so hard and old tasting that I couldn't eat them.

The food was prepared quickly, fries were fresh and hot.
The Garlic and BBQ Burford were neatly prepared, bun was perfectly toasted.
The onions and pickles were crunchy with a perfect balance of condiments and our drinks were filled to the top with lite ice.
This is definitely the BEST Checkers restaurant we've visited this year.

Very Ghetto Atmosphere 🤦🏾♀️ they will ask you to drive around the drive-thru until your food is ready so their drive-thru timer system calculates great performance. My fries were overcooked and hard. I'm not hard to please but the food wasn't good at all.

Rude , Disrespectful location beware and Management was frantically running around and fries was very cold . My car was pulled up and I didn’t get my food for 25 mins !!! I would skip this location but it’s close to my job smh 🤦 do better this place sucks
