Pizza Hut

I ordered large 2 topping pizza and lemon pepper chicken. Before I could even make it home, I bit into the chicken only to find out it was raw on the inside. I turned around and drive back to the store. I showed the manager, she just sat there along with about three other employees looking shock but didnt say anything to rectify the situation which only made matters worse! Worse experience at any restaurant. I was never served raw food before and it was so sickening and disgusting!!

This place has the worst service. I have ordered pizza from here a few times. a few weeks ago i ordered a pizza. i was given a specific time to pick my food up. when i showed up i had to wait an extra 30 minutes. I decided to give them a second chance tonight. i placed an order on line this morning about 10:00. i didnt want to have to rush home and order pizza so i ordered early. i asked for my pizza to be delivered around 6:15. I came home from work expecting my pizza to be delivered any time. at 6:25 i decided to call and check on my order. i was told that it was on the way. at 6:45....... still no pizza. i called the store and spoke to the "manager", Gloria, (very unprofessional). She lied to my face again and told me that my pizza was out for delivery. i almost canceled my order but at this point i was willing to see how lat they could actually be. i received my food at about 7:20. i asked the delivery guy when he left the store and he told me that he had left the store five minutes before he arrived at my house. i actually gave him a pretty good tip for being honest. he gave me a free pepsi. the employees have the worst attitudes and are very unprofessional. they lie to the customers. i will never go back.

Awesome pizza. I had about given up on Pizza Hut as the one in Byron is Awful! I have been to a few in PA and VA; all of which were fair to moderate. So, I went to other independent pizza places and once again decided to give Pizza Hut another go. The pizza again was hot and very good like pizza should be. We are a family of four adults and each decided this was Great Pizza. Their was only one server and she was very good. She had to run the front end and wait tables. We never once had to wait for a fill up or anything.

Pizza was delivered almost 2 hours late, was cold and the worst tasting pizza hut pizza I have ever had. They left off items of my order, put in less wings than we ordered, and was just generally the worst experience I have ever had with ordering food from anywhere, period. When I called to ask where my food was, they didn't offer any refund partial or otherwise, or anything other than very empty sounding excuses for the delay. I would never order from here again, even if you forced me. Avoid like the plague.

I love Pizza Hut... But not this store. My pizza was ordered at 6:20pm the 'deliver by time' was 1 hour later. I finally got my pizza a little after 9:15. 2 HOURS AFTER MY DELIVERY SCHEDULE. The pizza was cold and rubbery. My kids (who eat everything) wouldn't eat it because it was "yucky". The customer service was a joke. Don't bother calling the store, they won't answer the phone. When they do they are unfriendly, unprofessional, and evasive. I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manager that evening and again the next day. They would not give me contact info for the district manager and none of my messages were responded to. I finally took my complaint up with corporate, they were friendly and responsive. I guess from now on we will be doing business at the Pizza Hut in Byron. Sad that they give Pizza Hut such a bad rep.

I've ordered online 3 times in the past 3 weeks. I have never received my full order from this location. The service is terrible, if you order online, do not expect to receive your full order. When I contact them by phone I received an error message and was not able to speak with anyone. I ended having to charge back on my card. Go with other pizza chains... Marco's I really solid in this area.

The service was quick and the pizza was ok. Needed more cheese the toppings just fell off. I only have 2 stars because the lady behind the counter kept touching her hair and scratching her head. Just seemed unsanitary. I prefer PAPA JOHNS but the family wanted to try something new. The two pizza shown a medium and large were 23 dollars- not a very good value either. Not so savvy with this purchase.
