Madison Bagel Cafe

Cannot get enough of Madison Bagel coffee and bagel sandwiches! Love the serve yourself coffee setup, and the bagels are fantastic. Get them with a egg, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It's not at all oily, it's great. Only thing would be a nice adjustment-- if the staff were a bit more upbeat and welcoming. Thanks for great food and outdoor seating!

Favorite bagel place for breakfast and lunch. The kitchen staff is so warm and welcoming. Adrianna at the counter is also great. When she says good morning it makes my day. She really makes the place. The bagels yum yum yum. Plenty of seating that is continuously wiped down. Toasted blueberry bagel with light butter or toasted cinnamon sugar with light cream cheese are my favs. The burritos are legit too!

In my experience, this is the only local bagel place that is consistently good at online pickup orders. They don't make me wait in line to get a pickup order like other places do. Bagels are consistently in stock, rather than leaving options online that aren't being produced. For this alone, I am a repeat customer. The bagels are decent, but not mind blowing or anything. The donuts on the other hand are great. Before this place came along, I waited years for there to be a place like this near Madison. I don't endulge often, but it's been a good experience every time. Customizing my own donut is fun, even if I mostly stick with the more tame configurations.

Very nice place. Spacious and nicely decorated.Breakfast food is tasty and tastes cleaner than that of a normal deli joint. Sanitizer stations around and since it's so big, it helps you feel comfortable if you want to keep your distance. Prices aren't so damaging to the pocket, but I went on a Friday after my paycheck had posted.

Lets establish that this was my first time here. I ordered a delicious chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese, and an iced coffee, well it must have been my lucky day, because a patron brought coffee for everyone (Thank You)and my total for breakfast was less than $3.00. WOW!! Im psyched about trying their other items.

Always great service and great food. Not much outdoor eating area because it's a small street but I don't mind because there are always bees outdoors anyways (bees like bagels, too!). Ordering online offers the same variety of ingredients, and it's nice to see all the bagel types at once. My favorites are (1) the motherclucker on a jalapeño cheddar bagel and a hash brown in the sandwhich and (2) the French toast bagel with maple walnut cream cheese. My husband and I get both and split so we get the savory and the sweet some mornings!
