Sometimes hard to get a thin crust pizza perfect but this one was. The girl that took my money was friendly, smiling and said thank you. Unfortunately I today's environment it's hard to find employees that seem to care but she seemed proud of her job.

I ordered again, even though my previous experience was poor (see below). This time everything was great - on time, prepared properly and tasted great. I am very hopeful that the first time I ordered was not typical. My rating went from a 2 to a 4. I will order from this Pizza Hut again.
I was at the pick up window exactly on time; three staff walked past the drive through window and never acknowledged me. Finally a staff person came over to help. The pizza had apparently been done for a while, as it was barely luke warm. To answer the question, do your job to get a better rating.

Quick and easy to order with the app. I like being able to prepay. My pizza was hot out of the oven when I arrived to pick up. Your employee at the window was very nice.
