Chick-fil-a

Still doing the outside "pandemic" car service. No matter. They are very friendly and efficient workers and I appreciate all they do. Hit the drive thru instead of a jaunt inside, paid and received my food in under 5 min. Now that's quick service!! Order was correct, handed to me with a smile, food was hot and I was on my way!!

Although we dined in, both drive-through lanes were flowing rapidly. The restaurant was 90% to capacity and we waited for our food about a minute before being served at our table. The two of us had spicy chicken sandwiches Plus waffle fries and everything was delicious. I forgot to bring my cell in for photos. Chick-fil-A is Simply Amazing

This place runs like a well oiled machine!! Ever time I have been here my order is correct, the food is good, and they always say with a smile”It’s my pleasure.” They have awesome customer service, and that is so rare anymore! I went to the drive through, and they gave me free fries, and that is all I ordered. I asked them why it was free, and they said with a smile just because! When I thanked them they’d said it’s my pleasure! When I placed my order she asked me if I would be scanning my app. I said no, I didn’t know they had an app🤷‍♀️. After I left I looked up they app, and found out they have delivery! I placed an order for two large fires. My order was delivered directly to my door within minutes, exactly as I asked! Customer service at most places has turned in to some kind of attitude as if we the customers owe them something; and should be grateful they are serving us, the customers😡 However, this place goes above, and beyond with customer service. They also say “please, thank you, and it’s my pleasure 🙂. I say thank you to the entire team there🙂

Usually great. Not today. I ordered a coffee, among other things, and they never brought it out to the curb side. Like 20min went by so I ordered another one. Got that one but they didn’t bring anything to stir the coffee with. Also, usually they put the sweeteners in. I’m moving so I didn’t have any spoons or utensils. I went in and they offer a refund or something else for the first coffee I never got. So that problem was resolved. Once I left and was on the road, I’m about to eat my chicken sandwich, which I ordered with double pickles, and it didn’t have any. I left 4 stars cause they resolved the first problem and I’m sure they’d have resolved the other one.

Thank you for having GREAT employees Chick-fil-A! It's a very busy place, but the service is speedy and done with a smile. There delivery driver even helped me push my car one night, because it had stalled at a stop light. He was such an angel. He didn't have to help but he seen I was in trouble and took action.

We come for breakfast often and its always very good. Tried it for lunch today and it was actively terrible. Didn't have the full menu to view at the strange "drivethru" person standing outside with a tablet so kinda just had to guess, ended up giving us the wrong sauce for my soggy nuggets, and the fries had been clearly (under) fried way too long ago.

Got a drive thru order yesterday. Diet coke tasted liked it was watered down with only a hint of diet coke over some melted ice. The fries where cold and stale not even a minute after leaving the window. Sandwich tasted good even though that wasn't hot either. I’ve always regarded chick fil a as a good fast food place and was genuinely surprised at the poor state in which the meal was served.
