Beef Butter Bbq

If you want BBQ for your wedding, do not pass up Beef Butter BBQ! They have many side options to choose from that all taste amazing in addition to the different meats and levels of heat for barbecue sauces! I simply sent my food choices for my catering request and was able to make edits as needed and provide my final guest count. The food delivery was timely and the food set up was professionally done. They have a branded truck to haul the food over and everything was kept warm! Even with the hour+ travel distance to my venue. My guests truly enjoyed their meal which set them up for a night of dancing!

We went there for the first time today and it was amazing. I had pulled pork with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and my husband had beef brisket, mac & cheese and coleslaw. The portions were huge (1/2 lb meat each) and everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and a man who I presume was the owner was very pleasant. We will definitely be back and will tell others to stop in too.

We recently got married and worked with Beef Butter BBQ for our wedding January 2022. I would 100% recommend for your next event or just dinner. Food was a high priority on our list as we love food and wedding food usually is subpar, this was anything but. People had 3rd servings and immediately asked for leftovers. The venue added them to their recommended vendor list after trying it! Customer Service - We enjoyed working with them, as did our guests and other vendors. They were on time and cleaned up after. Any leftovers were packaged up for us to easily whisk away. Communication - We received an email response within 24 hours. There was no issue ever with communication. Payment - They offer payment in multiple steps, it makes it less overwhelming to your savings! Quality - Tastes like it does in the restaurant. Amazing. The food was great, hot, and plenty of it!

The three meat combo meal was the perfect way for two people to sample what Beef Butter has to offer. We tried the brisket, chicken and pulled pork. All three meats were delicious - especially with their selection of barbecue sauce choices. For the sides, we chose the apple pie baked beans and jalapeño corn bread. What a delight! This is the best barbecue experience I’ve had to date in Madison.

The Brisket here was on point. It was pretty good. However, when they asked me for BBQ sauce they just drenched the meats with the sauce. Some people would prefer it on the side so they could just enjoy the meat's flavors on its own. The sides are a hit or miss. Coleslaw was good, but the mac n cheese tasted like something you got from a cafeteria. It was just mush.
