Good food, good staff, great experience. Had a BBQ pork sandwich which was the special today. Everything I've tried has been tasty.

Good beer selection, nice staff. I got the steak sandwich. The steak was very tender and flavorful but it was literally just a steak on a kaiser roll... No veggies, no sauce, etc. It was good but would've been better with some lettuce/tomato/horse radish sauce or mayo.

Best burger In town hands down! My boss and I normally get a Swiss burger plain. Eating a burger with just cheese means you actually taste the quality of the meat and the bun and the cheese and they are all fantastic! I would definitely recommend a burger if your in the area.

Maybe I just got a bad cut but the $23 12oz. Prime Rib exactly summed up the adage "You can't make the ingredients better only worse." Cook did a great job but still a very cheap and tough piece of meat for a "Prime Rib."

Good food, good drinks, they support local sports leagues, and are right next to Wingra Park. Let the kids play on the Wingra playground right behind the parking lot and then go in for lunch or dinner.

Not a fan of adding charge to CC. I wish businesses would just put the cost of doing business in with the food. It's insulting to be charged for something that's a business tax deduction. Taking credit cards is part of being in business.

After a long time I tasted a good beefy burger. I highly recommend the Laurel burger. The meat was well done(I like it that way), the bun wasn't soggy and it tasted just right. The fries were okay, nothing great about them. The prices are very affordable. Also, the beer selection is good. A wide variety of local draft beers. The crowd is generally local area family people. Parking in the back is always appreciated in this busy area.

Went for the fri night fish fry. Glad we decided on 5:45 as there was already a 10 min wait and quickly increased. The service was prompt and laid back, and the fish was great. The narrow hallway as you enter is a bummer as it's kind of chaos getting in and out when its busy...glad we barely beat the rush.
