Took 2 hours to get my food delivered. Called twice. No option to change to pick up even though food was not even made after an hour. Seems to be a common occurrence every time I order here. Worst part: the owner sends out a generic message to send feedback to their headquarter hub. They don’t care. Poor experience — won’t be back

Ordered my food over an hour ago with an 18 minute delivery expectation. I can understand being late but not even letting me know is ridiculous.
Update! It being so late I eventually called to just cancel it. They then just labeled my order as complete and charged me including still accepting the tip for doing nothing.

After two hours of waiting for my delivery, I called (for the second time) to cancel the order If the store cannot keep up with deliveries, they should be turning off that feature for the time being until they are caught up. Not only should it NOT take 2 hours for food to be delivered from a store that is 10 min away, that is not sanitary for the food to be set out room temp for that long.

This location not very fast. Haha. One at randall/regent was amazing. Barely moved to pickup location and was handed sandwich. Wow. East Towne location, not so much. Had to sit for awhile. Food was good both locations.

Every time I come to order after work they are closed even though their hours are until 9 pm and there is always three or more people working. I know because I can see them through the window. Really annoying last time I even try.

The same as any jimmy johns so the food is good but man is this location slow on delivery. It took them almost an hour each time to get me 1 sandwich when I live 5 minutes away. I understand things happen and it's not the biggest deal but I only ordered bc I thought it was gonna be at least feasibly fast. Honestly, I'm more worried that my sandwich has just been sitting around for an hour...
