So about 2 years ago a rude manager was yelling at a young female employee making her cry in front of customers. I spoke up a vowed to not come back. Decided to give them another shot and they did good. Clean restaurant fast service and friendly wait staff at 5 am that was nice. He even got my Extra Crispy Hash Browns perfect 👍

This location is terrible. They are always rude and have long wait times. I came in to use my birthday coupon, and since I asked about it ahead of time they took forever to fulfill my order. Several people who came in after me, received there larger orders first. Additionally, the order was wrong when it arrived. I won’t be back to this location. Disappointed Birthday Brunch!

I don't think this place knows what its doing or what it wants. Granted COVID made making business hard on alot of places and some have bounced back from it, this place hasnt. Hours have been constantly a mess where you go in one time, the next turns out they changed the hours on you again and you can't even sit down to order. Sometimes they even extend past their hours or just straight up close. I would understand the issue if it was staffing problems, but they can't seem to decide and stick with hours without changing them within the week it seems. Hard to visit and enjoy at least some pancakes if you can't even visit at all.
