Jimmy Johns

Coach and Max were awesome during my last visit. We accidentally ordered from the wrong location, and Coach took it upon himself to call the other store, cancel the order, and make the whole thing at this store. The sandwiches were great, and both of these guys were super helpful and nice. Will definitely come back.

The reviews were right. This is a horrible JJ’s. I put in an online order at 6pm so I could pick it up on my way to work. I showed up at 6:40pm and checked in via the app, as I was curbside. Nobody came out so I parked and went in after a few minutes. They hadn’t even made the sub yet and I didn’t have time to wait for them to make it (hence why I ordered ahead of time). I will not be coming back to this place.

I submitted an online order tonight, when I showed up the store looked closed. As I was about to leave the guy working came out with my order and apologized for the confusion with the lights off. The shop had lost power in the crazy storms today and was running on a back up generator that couldn't support the outside lights. Talk about going above and beyond, he had stayed open and he offered me free chips and cookie for the confusion. Way to impress JJ!

Terrible service terrible sub. Ordered a turkey sub, the worker said they were sorry they were out of chicken? When I got home I found the sub had no turkey on it ( or chicken) called back and the guy said he didn’t know why I was calling and what’s he supposed to do about it. Contacted the franchise they never responded. Next time go to a local place like Gino’s or Milo’s even Fraboni’s. The franchise owner clearly doesn’t care because he isn’t hands on enough to correct the poor management.

Walked in and said hi twice and NOT ONE of the numerous employees in front said hi. Some girl with pig tails looked at us twice and didn't say anything to us. She proceeded to make sandwiches with her hair down with the braided pigtails in the front of her body im sure thats questionable for food service. Her alone would be a reason to not go back. Customer service here was ridiculous.

Ordered Cubano with extra bacon and it had only 2 pieces. There was no Mayo or Dijon either. Employee said they don’t use Mayo at Jimmy johns. Could not go back as live 40 minute round trip. I normally love Jimmy Johns, but this place is horrible. They did offer sub card, but still no excuse! Reported to corporate! Manager gave me attitude!

I called to place a large catering order - I admit I called right at 12:30 which looking back was poor timing as I can only imagine how busy they are for lunch. When I called the person who answered was pretty rude and had an attitude right away, and told me “call another time, like not during lunch.” I completely understand calling at a later time - I just wish they had been a little nicer when saying so. I decided to call a different jimmy johns location after 2PM because I was worried if I called this location again I would be greeted with an attitude right away. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I’m working too - I was calling because my boss wanted this order put in ASAP. Happy to accommodate people’s needs but I just ask that people be nicer to customers on the phone in the future when the customer has not been rude/demanding.

Ordered two subs for no-contact delivery and after almost two hours it was still not delivered. I called them to see what happened and they said it was delivered. I assured them it was not and they sent the food out again. When the new driver arrived they said the previous driver couldn’t find my house. So instead of calling or contacting me they just left and when I contacted the store they apparently weren’t honest about what had happened. Unfortunately won’t be ordering from here again.
