Pizza Bella

I do not recomend you eat at this establishment. They served me Raw chicken, and I'm not sure if that's spit or what on my gyros, but i got my sauce and onions on the side. My heart should be dry not wet! Also if you look really close there is a hair in my box. When I called and told them I was unable to eat any of my food because of the issues you see in the pictures. They told me I was lying. And they will not give me a refund or a new order. Hung up on me and refused to answer the phone again. And yes I called 32 times. Im out of 26.00 and a meal. I would give them no stars if goggle would let me. With all of the horrible reviews this restaurant should be -2 star. I wish I would have looked at them first.

I ordered a pizza and a gyro at midnight, it originally quoted me a hour wait max, then it went up to 130-145. Once 210 rolled around I called them and asked why I still haven't gotten my food. The barely understamdaund man on the phone told me that the driver left the food on my porch. If I wouldn't have called I wouldn't have known till the morning. Plus on top of that the pizza was disgusting. Worst pizza I've ever had. I'll never order anything from them again.

Ordered a plain cheese pizza at 3am, time for delivery was 40-50 minutes. The order, when finally, confirmed at 4am was confirmed to be delivered by 4:50. Had a random number call me from a man who spoke broken enough English for me to think he was a random drunk guy. Asking me "is you wake, don't go sleep" I hung up and had to text to be sure it was actually the pizza guy. Food finally got here. While not terrible it was a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and onions. I had ordered a plain cheese. While I didn't mind terribly had I been allergic to any of those ingredients I'd have been out of luck. I called the driver back thinking he may have just given me the wrong box. No answer. Called the next day to the store 5 times to see if I could get my money back. No one answered. I don't know how they get business aside from online. Save your money. Save your time.

Worst food and experience! We ordered pizza at 1:50am and did not receive our food until 415am. We called twice after the estimated delivery time and was promised it would only be a “couple” more minutes. The meat lovers pizza came without any cheese. Everything was ice cold to touch. Do not waste your money!

WORST ORDER EVVEERRR!!! last night we ordered four cheese pasta spaghetti chicken wings 2 liter of orange soda garlic cheese bread and a free cheesecake. The order was 2 hours late the bread was so hard it looked fake the pasta fell apart and tasted like water over cooked our chicken was burnt. And they called and said we includes 2 free Desserts for the late inconvenience and we got 1! Not happy at all if I could I wouldn't give any stars this was the worst experience ever. Do not order from here you will be very disappointed!

Ordered delivery. It’s been 2 hours (one hour more than my quoted time) and when I call, the number is “out of service.” You have multiple one star reviews. Literally no fours or fives. Maybe it’s time to recreate your business model and try to save your restaurant? Because I don’t see it staying open very much longer at this rate.

This is a bad restaurant. You should not give them your business. TL;DR, They never delivered my food and may have tried to cheat me out of a refund. Let me explain.I used the EatStreet app to order a pizza at almost exactly midnight, and the eta for the food was between 1:30 and 1:45 am. Not the worst window, but I'm not sure how it can take that long to make and deliver one pizza when plenty of other restaurants offer delivery with a 30 minute guarantee. I got a notification saying that the restaurant would be taking care of the delivery, not EatStreet. Then, 2 hours go by and I heard nothing from the restaurant. At 2:15 I called Pizza Bella to ask about my order. The guy who answered the phone only said "Hello?" and in no way identified that he was at the restaurant, so I was worried I had called the wrong place. I asked him if he worked for Pizza Bella and said yes, and the I asked about my order. In relatively broken, but understandable English, he told me that the person who was supposed to deliver it "got confused and came back." I assume that means he couldn't find my apartment, but that doesn't make much sens since my apartment has been pretty easy for other delivery people to find, and they had my phone number so they should have been able to call me for clarification, but they made no such effort. I asked if he would give me a refund and he said that he would have to call EatStreet which was closed at the time, so he said he would call them the next day. Well, the next day came and I called Pizza Bella again to make sure that they did what they said they would do. The man who answered the phone definitely sounded like the man I had spoken to the night before, but had again failed to identify himself as working for Pizza Bella when picking up the phone. I brought up my issue again. He recognized my order from my description, and I asked if he had called EatStreet to tell them to give me a refund. He did not answer my question immediately, but asked if I had already called EatStreet, which I hadn't. He then told me not to worry about it because they already had. This sounded like a very suspicious way to answer my question so I hung up and called EatStreet customer support who were quick to offer me a refund and a coupon for my trouble, but who made no implication that Pizza Bella had made any attempt to call them and tell them to refund me. So yeah, worse than terrible service all around. It's almost hilarious.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The food looked discusting! We ordered meat lovers pizza and got what looked like day old frozen pizza with old hard gyro meat on it. The pasta looked awful. I tried to call the business and it was some guys cell phone number. Drove to the business and it was a gyro falafel restaurant which looked gross inside.
