Domino's Pizza

Ordered food on 3/17/22 at 10pm. Was told it would be here at 10:35-10:40. Showed up at 11:07. When the lady walked up to me I said you know you're 27 minute late? She said we're short. I then said I was given a specific time frame also I had two children waiting for the food cause it was ordered for them. Food was like warm. Tried calling the store to speak with whoever answered but was basically on hold for 20 minutes. I won't be ordering from them again. Very dissatisfied and I wouldn't have been if I was told we're short and it would take over an hour. That would have been better because I would have picked it up myself and not had it delivered.

Isaac Havean is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza and it said it was delivered on the app but it wasn't. I then called the store and waited at least 30 minutes on hold only for the call to disconnect. I then called customer service to be transferred to the store. Again I spent at least 20 minutes on hold only for the call to disconnect. At this point I drove to the store and immediately asked for the manager. The guy at the desk was extremely friendly and went to the back to grab Isaac. Isaac then came from the back and immediately began making pizzas without washing his hands. He made two pizzas and returned to the back of the store. I again asked for the manager again. The guy went and got Isaac again who then came up and said "you wanted to speak with me?". To which I responded I would like his business card and the corporate number. He said he didn't have a card so I asked him to write the information down. He then wrote his name on a piece of paper slid it across the counter to me and walked back to the back. Isaac never apologized or acknowledged the issue I experienced. During my time in the store I witnessed him basically just boss people around and not lead the way a true manager should.

As a pizza place in general, you hurt a lot of folks by closing before midnight. As a franchise you should be open even later, but closing before midnight means even responsible people that want to just grab some grub to chat after a show/movie/concert Impossible. Pizza has been, and likely will always be, THE late night go to. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

If i could give a zero review i would. Tonight 7/1/22 over a 40 minute period i tried placing an order every time i would call, i would get hung up on. The employee would pick up say hold please without me having a chance to say anything place me on hold and then within a minute get hung up on. Happend 4 times in a row today! This has also happended before a differnt occasions.
