Mcdonald's

I am a doordash driver, I have been sitting for one order which was very simple, just 2 double cheeseburgers a McFlurry and two cokes. And I’ve been sitting here for at least 25 minutes. They have the order done and bagged but they’re just leaving the food sitting behind the counter letting it get cold. Horrible customer service and they do not pay attention or have a sense of urgency whatsoever. Edit: they’re now preparing other mobile orders and doordash orders and still ignoring my order that they’re leaving on the counter.

This place is usually very consistent, the only issue is if they shut down one of their drive thru lanes it tends to get backed up, sometimes all the way to the street. Definitely try the app for great deals, I usually get a free sandwich or 1$ large fry every time I come here. Good fries, decent staff, I haven't had a bad visit yet.

Got there at 10:20 sat in line for breakfast for over 15 minutes. That wasn’t the issue. Got to the window and no one knew my order so I sat at the window for 10 minutes until they told me to wait by the front door for my food. Drove around to the front door and was behind literally 10 other cars waiting on their meals as well! Everyone frustrated and waiting. I just ended up going in to get my food only for the order to be incorrect once I git back to my car. Went BACK in because my breakfast sandwich didn’t have cheese on it. By this time it was 10:45. Went in complaining about the cheese not being on my sandwich and AND PHILIP immediately aggressively comes over and says Breakfast is over. Philip’s attitude was disgusting. Philip was not willing to remake it even tho the time wasted and my order being wrong was their fault. Once i said I wanted a refunded philip snatched the bag and put his hands on my food! I had Another order in the bag. Philip initially gave me my refund I corrected $2 short and told he i had 1 second to leave or he would call the police so i told Him to call the police! My refund wasn’t even correct. He pretended to call police and then gave me an incorrect refund again. He’s unprofessional and needs to be fired! He has a bad temper and needs to be removed from his job! I called Corporate and am now making this review to make others aware of this location. My morning was ruined. Left at 11:00 with no food. Thanks McDonald’s .

There are 6 employees working. I am the only customer in the building. Idk how busy it was all day but . 1 worker had to be told 3x to get the fries and didn't hear the timer because she has her air pods in. There are ZERO napkins . Or condiment dishes on the counter for customers. The soda is everywhere on the counter on the floor. Literally every table is dirty . I as a customer took my napkins and wiped off the soda fountain area. Because it was so disgusting. The only employee who is now actively cleaning is a young lady ( no name tag) I get it's fast food. But people wanna get paid $15+ an hour . Then they need to work
