Called and ordered delivery. Asked if they could bring it to my hotel room, lady I talked to was super nice, did a great job taking my order and then told me sometimes hotels don't let delivery drivers deliver to rooms. I assured her i already talked to the front desk, she said ok. Then I get a call, and the driver goes, ya I just dropped your stuff off in the lobby so you can go get it. And I was like... they said you'd deliver it? And I did leave a $5 tip because I thought they were bringing it to the room. Then he says, no sorry, following hospital protocol, I can't come to the room. What? Like what? Went and got my pizza at the front desk and the guy never even told him who it was for. Just dropped it and tells them also "sorry I have to leave this here, I'm just following hospital protocol for covid" 🙄 dude wasn't even wearing a mask. Plain lazy. Pizza was great though and the lady that took my order was great!

Very rude and disrespectful stuff, I went there to pick up an order after waiting for half an hour, I was trying to check the name on boxes to find out if my order was ready, the stuff told me not ever to do that, and worst of all, one of the driver park right behind me, I couldn’t leave until he moved he’s car, although never like there pizza. Almost an hour wasted.

I was ordered on EatStreet, and waiting in the restaurant 40 minutes already. They told me they closed the eatstree 5 hours ago! How can I order if you guys already close the online order? And you didn’t tell me when I first time asking? BAd services! You guys waste my 40 minutes, and I don’t get the food!!!!!!!!!!! That’s totally ridiculous!

Wish i could give it -1 stars. Said my pizza was out for delivery and it didnt arrive for almost another hour. When i called Travis told me "it should be there. But we dont track our drivers". I specifically put in the notes to bring inside my apt building as i injured my knee and cant walk well. Instead the driver called me and said he left it outside on the ground by our buildings door. Theres 2" of snow on the ground!! Will never order here again.

I hate to do this, but they gave me no choice today. I usually get decent to good service from this Papa John's location, but today indicated a trend in the wrong direction. I have no problem if it takes an hour and 20 minutes for a delivery to arrive. I get that some nights downtown are busy.
However, when your system has the pizza tracker function, and I know when things are happening, it is likely to make me a bit nervous when the delivery estimate is 25 minutes and it takes an hour and 25. The pizza tracker showed that my pizza was done baking 15 minutes after I placed my order. The "boxing" stage normally takes like a minute, but this time it took 15. Thus, it showed it was "on the way" 30 minutes after I placed my order. I finally called at the 1:15 mark to check if it was actually on the way, and the person with whom I spoke said it was on the way. I had mentioned it was over an hour since I placed the order, and the person snarked that it had been 57 minutes, which is way off. It had been at least 1:15 (confirmation email at 7:05pm, delivery estimate for 7:30pm, called placed at 8:20). Five minutes later, my order arrived.
Because it had, in theory, finished baking at 7:20 or earlier, I was worried it would be cold or soggy (since I ordered extra sauce). The box was warm, so I was hopeful. The contents were not. The crust on most pieces just basically fell apart. The toppings and sauce were lukewarm, but the crust was cold. The driver must be a smoker, as the bag holding my 2 liter reeked of smoke.
I would call to get them to send another one out, but I'm going to be late for someplace I need to be shortly.
In short, I suggest they avoid putting incorrect or unrealistic expectations out there - arming customers with this much information and then falling short is a bad look. As I mentioned, I have had plenty of good experiences from this location, but the last 2 or 3 have gotten progressively worse. So much for using up my Papa's Points for a "free" pizza.

Unfortunately, this location keeps getting worse and worse. I used to get pretty good service - quick and accurate delivery. I thought I would give them another chance after my last ridiculous experience, and this time I didn't even get my order.
I placed an order at 5:07pm online, and my confirmation email suggested a delivery window of 24-34 minutes. I finally called at 6:37pm when I had not yet received my order. The person I talked to said the person who was processing orders was drunk and/or had some kind of meltdown. Apparently she left without actually preparing the orders. I cancelled my order since I had to be somewhere in about 10 minutes and didn't have a reasonable expectation of getting my order anytime in the near future. I just noticed that the credit card charge actually completed on my account today, so apparently they did not actually cancel the transaction as I requested. Now I have to dispute the transaction with my bank.
It really is a shame, as this used to be a solid location. I miss being able to get some Papa John's.
UPDATE:
Unfortunately the credit card dispute process took forever, but I did finally get a provisional credit back for the $23.34 I paid for the order I cancelled and never received last time. They were no help when I called the location to try to get a refund. I also sent an email to Papa John's customer service through their website about three weeks ago, and I have yet to get a response, much less an autoresponse to acknowledge they received my email. I just hope they don't dispute my dispute of the chargeback, and my provisional credit becomes final.
Let's just say I am pretty disappointed in what used to be good service. Now that Domino's got rid of their breadsticks (that I loved) and Pizza Hut changed their buffalo sauce for their wings, none of the chain pizza delivery services in my area are an option anymore.

Worst service ever i have ever seen. One of the guys working in register was so rude to me also to my girlfriend. My girlfriend was trying to explain her situation about our order and he was answering her question so rude.

I ordered a large pizza and cheesesticks. This monstrosity and a little cheese pizza is what came over 30 minutes late. Management refused to fix this in an acceptable manner.

This was my first experience with Papa John’s. Horrible. The pizza I ordered came burnt and there was no ranch with my pizza. They also forgot the garlic knots I ordered. When I called to inform them and ask about what happened or to see if they could drop new ones off, Travis and Michael gave the worst customer service and began to argue with me over two different phone calls. They delivered 2 items I didn’t ask for and began to tell me that I was stealing product and we were going to “call it even” and even went as far to say that I had no right to complain or get the garlic knots I ordered because they accidentally delivered me an extra pizza that I didn’t order & had to discard it because it wasn’t something I was going to eat.
